The U.S. Open is the oldest American Field Championship for Brittanys.
It is one of the few trials that has an hour qualifying and an hour final.
You must run two good hours in a row to win, making it the toughest
test Brittanys have. Read here the U.S. Open Brittany Championship article written by David A. Fletcher.
Jim has won the prestigious IAMS (now known
as Purina) Brittany of the Year Award three times with three different
dogs, and has been awarded the Royal Canin Bird Dog of the Year
three times.
